Customer Return Policy
If you change your mind, all items you have ordered can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Please notify us by email at support@peonyer.com to facilitate the return process

We only accept customer regret returns under the following conditions:

For items with a manufacturer's seal, the manufacturer's seal must be unopened
The item must be in its original packaging and with all original accessories
To return an item, you must contact us first. Do not send the item back without contacting us first. If you change your mind after receiving the product, you must return the product to us in the conditions stated above at your own expense and risk, following the instructions we provide. In this case, shipping costs are at your expense.

If you change your mind after we have processed the product for delivery, you must not unpack the product upon receipt and must return the order to us at your own expense and risk, following the instructions.

Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving instructions and you must immediately share the return courier tracking usps number/waybill number with us so that we can monitor the shipping of your return.

Return Policy for Damaged, Wrong or Malfunctioning Products
If you discover that a product in your order is damaged, wrong or malfunctioning, please contact us directly by email at support@peonyer.com.

In the above cases, you have 30 days to return these products by post and receive a refund or replacement. This period starts from the day after you receive your order. This also includes faulty goods within 14 days of receiving your order.

Restocking Fee There is no restocking fee for return orders. Returns Contact us via email at support@peonyer.com and state the reason for your return. Packing Instructions: Pack the item securely in the box. Ship using the address provided in the instructions we provide you. Send the package from the nearest post office or shipping company of your choice. Cancellation You can cancel your order up to 24 hours before the item is processed for shipment. If your order has already been processed for shipment, please follow the above return policy to process the return reason.

Lost Goods
If at least 2 days have passed since the estimated delivery date, please contact our Customer Service Department by email at support@peonyer.com and give us at least 5 days to investigate the whereabouts of the goods with the courier service. If we are unable to track your goods after 5 days of investigation, the goods will be declared lost and you will be entitled to a full refund or we will send a replacement goods at your option.

Refund process

The refund will be initiated once your product is received back at our warehouse and inspected by our team. Once approved, the refund takes 5-10 business days to process.

All refunds shall be credited only to the credit cards, debit cards, prepaid cards, digital wallets, even Buy Now, Pay Later account, or the bank account, as the case may be, from which the payment was originally received, unless you agree to receive a voucher.

We may make a deduction from your refund for any loss in the value of the products returned if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you (for example using or wearing the product prior to return).

Your Rights
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this policy is intended to limit your rights as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights which cannot be excluded, nor is it intended to exclude or limit in any way our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

As a consumer, you have certain rights, including legal rights in relation to defective and/or misdescribed goods, and please be aware of them.
